Return & Exchange Policy
✅ الاستبدال – Exchange
• يمكن استبدال المنتج خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
• يشترط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية مع التغليف .
• مدة توصيل المنتج البديل نفس مدة الطلب العادي.
• في حال الخطأ مننا، نتحمّل الشحن. لو بسبب المقاس أو تغيير رأي، العميل يتحمّل التكلفة.
You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.
The item must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging.
Replacement delivery takes the same time as a regular order.
If the error is from our side, we cover shipping. For size or preference changes, the customer covers the cost.
💸 الاسترجاع – Return
• يمكن الاسترجاع خلال 14 يوم فقط في حال وجود عيب مصنعي أو استلام منتج خاطئ.
• يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 5–10 أيام عمل بعد فحص المنتج.
• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية.
You may request a return within 14 days only if the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
The item must be unused and in original condition.
